Beautifully reduced.

Alhamdulillah, it's official now, PAS has won Manek Urai by 65 votes, so am I upset? No, au contraire, just the perfect result I had hoped for.

Nope, I am not hiding my disappointment by trying to sound optimistic like what the BN would do soon by saying that it is a morale booster when actually they are cursing themselves and kicking each other silly because despite the millions they had spent, the use of government machinery and personnel and the open support of the SPR, they still could not stop PR's good form in by-elections.

Now why would I be happy with such a reduced majority? Well for one, it is a lesson to, not PAS, but, Hadi, Nasha, and PAS Youth. Never ever mention unity government again. The voters do not like it and they are not shy to show it.

The fact the PAS had won despite this Unity shit that is paraded, is due to the charisma of TGNA. He single handedly showed Hadi and Nasha that PAS voters do not like this idea they had concocted called Unity Government.

So, Nasha, shut the fuck up with this Unity Shit and go hang yourself at the nearest tauge plant. Hadi, remember, you position as the President of PAS does not guarantee subservience if your suggestion is chicken shit so shut the fuck up too.

Now let's talk a little about the by-election proper. I was thinking that they were going to have recounts till the next GE because to count about 12K votes took them so damn bloody long. I was reading a chat site and was tickled when reading how someone suggested that first they had a recount in English and then another recount in Bahasa. I guess it was the recount in Tamil that got the nod. I wonder if the recount in English entitled the staff an extra allowance?

So Khairy, where are you now? You were so cock sure that you were going to win. Of course you were sure of victory because you had plenty of time to plan on how to go about it. So who is eating humble pie now? I am sure the pie is not that tasty as you had initially thought. And that goes to you too Hadi and Nasha. Not so sweet a victory don't you think so, considering the reduced majority is attributed to you two idiots?

Ehem! Muhyidin, does this mean that the people of Manek Urai are no longer citizens of Malaysia and would not be eligible to receive federal aid in the form of a RM7 million bridge? What? Speak louder please. Oh, you do have goodies for them despite the lost? What? You are asking us to away the 'ta'. Hey wait a minute, you mean JAMBAN. So your JAMBATAN has now turned to JAMBAN?

Common sir, you can't be serious. I mean I am okay if you were to give them JAMBANs but at RM7 million? Wow, mighty expensive JAMBANs don't you think so sir?

I wonder who is kicking whose arse and who is blaming whom in the BN camp and who is counting all the dough that got hijacked and I also wonder when will the contractors of the instant mee projects be paid or will they ever be paid?

As for PAS, you don't have to look far to find who is to blame.

sometimes i wonder whats the real fuss about this unity talk thing. ok so if it takes place anyway, then what's next? a possible merge between the 2 parties and hooray, the Malays are united. united against who? please dont say its a unity against other races because the malay's main enemy is our own complecency. you dont need a united front to fight for you. you want to excel you bloody work for it, simple as tht.

Salam Cikgu,

There's an old Brit sitcom, 'Only When I Laugh'; and I think it fits the bill here beautifully.

Hey kerpie, you got that right mah man! We - any race or nation - are our worst enemy.

Salam cikgu,
Finally the result is here. And I heard Jibby and wife Lostmah had fled and nowhere to be seen. The BN people on the ground I last heard was cursing and swearing for not receiving the money promised to them. What a day. Soon the MU people will received their jamban no thank to the DPM. You analyse it correctly. Hopefully this result will waken those idiots in PAS never again speak or ever think about Unity Gomen. Betul betul shit !!! I share your sentiment cikgu. Just my 2sen !

Boss, dont you think this result weakens TGNA's standing in PAS and instead strengthens TGHA and Nasha's hand?

1) the battleground was Kelantan

2) TGHA and Nasha hardly was seen in the run up to the by election.

A bit worried for TGNA now. This unity shit i think will now more than ever b pushed by TGHA and Nasha.

Actually, the reason articulated by you really. TGHA and Nasha will say now precisely becoz they are starting to lose their base they need to start talking with UMNO.

Watch the mass media spin that will start tomorrow.

Sorry, I think may already have started with the TV news

Kerp,
Beautifully put mah man, beautifully put.

Shah,
Don't you think, Kerpov hit it right on the dot? These people are trying to be funny.

anonymous,
If the result doesn;t wake them up, then they might as well be dead.

Unknown said...

Anon,
It could but I don't think so. There are many reasons for the drop like people living outside not coming home to vote but the number of votes garnered are solidly TGNA's.

I truly believe that Hadi and Nasha as 1 and 2 has to answer and the mention of the need to be united with the devil who in the process had nothing nice to say about PAS would not be too enthusiastically received.

Cikgu
Salam. Mangkok No.1 dan No.2 tu kena bagi benefit-of-doubt lah. Mungkin ada banyak hutang macam Hee-Haw kot sampai terjeling-jeling kat UBN. Tapi kalau betul2 ada tanggungjawab dan jaga nama-baik, Mangkok No.1 dan No.2 tu kena resign lah kalau takpon, PAS kena "You're Fired!" dua2 Mangkok tu. Buat habis beras aje....

Si Midin dah cabut Pagoh duduk dalam jamban takut orang tengok ler!

nik awin,
Depa buat pengagihan duit macam jual beli barang di pasar malam. Takdak malu punya, takdak takut. Apa nak malu sebab memang muka tak malu, apa nak takut, SPR dan MACC pencacai depa.

Anon,
Mangkok no1 dan no 2 memang patut resign saja la. Depa nak runtohkan satu rumah yang baru dibina. Pi la runtohkan bangalo 24 juta tu.

Cheegu, right on the dot again... ppl in MU will get their Jambans while the cronies F class contractors will get windfall cash for building these Jambans that will have cracks after 6 months and will need another 7mil for restoration.. so at the end of the day, rakyat money being screwed yet again.

It is in our eyes that a reduced majority would jolt PAS back to reality but the spin on MSM will be massive... morale boost... new PM's ratings has gone up... no more ghost of Altantunya haunting him.. Malaysians love his 1Malaysia concept.. Malaysians approve of his reforms..

yet at home, its oppression after oppression.. NTV7 host relocated.. Toyolman walks free, 7 PR Assemblyfolks get queried by MACC for spending allocated money on their constituency...

I can only pray that PR come to their senses in identifying work to be done rather than squabble amongst themselves. Hadi, Nasha and Mus should quit and join UMNO since they are sooooo for it... it was never about Malay unity..never. No race on earth can ever be united. There will always be 2 side of a coin.

Hi Cikgu,
Now we have to agree..... cannot teach Maths in English. It has to be done in Tamil

The hugely reduced majority shows is a real wake up call for PAS and PR. Can't keep on relying on the 308 Tsunami to gain votes. They must work really hard for it as voters; no matter where or which constituency are now much clearer and wiser on what they want. PAS has been complacent too in MU.

Internal bickering + MSM spin on a PR fallout is not doing any good too. That's why, PR parties must sit down and work out a workable solution or platform so that everyone is on the same channel. Otherwise, MSM will spin stories again!

Anyway, MU will start the day as usual. The promised jambatan will remain just that. Despite millions of ringgit and the kitchen sink thrown, BN can't still buy a win. As for KJ, I think he'll have a serious bout of indigestion from eating too much pies.

Chegu,

Sabar lah ! Don't be so hot and spewing four letter words. The final result is good as Pas now knows that they need to work harder
whereas bn need to set up a think tank to visualise what went wrong.

They have the full machinery and the budget thrown in and yet to lost just like in KT. The medias have a field day indicating that actually bn won more people over this time. It was 1000 plus last time and now only 65, thus shiok sendiri. They need to conduct post mortem lah !

Some may think, alang-alang nak bergabung, elok pilih teruih belah sana. tu yang buat menang tipis.

Malaysian Joe,
Of course the BN would continue to do all they could but they would soon be tired.

The real post mortem is conducted by BN on why their dirty strategies are still not enough.

To UMNO...it is a win for Najib...and you go read their excuses....to save face..
They will say a win is a win...if they win by one vote.
You are getting famous.

Chegu,
Kesedar could have built the RM7 million bridge a long time ago if they wanted to. A directly negotiated contractor could have been appointed by the MOF to build the bridge. The bridge was not built because Manek Urai Lama is a flood prone area and YB Tengku Razaliegh Hamzah during his tenure as the Finance Minister of Malaysia had tried to relocate them to Manek Urai Baru. The relocation was a failure because Manek Urai Lama is a very fertile orchard area due to the constant flooding so their people prefer to remain there. If the bridge is built, more people will settle in Manek Urai Lama and every time the area is flooded, massive evacuation will have to be carried out.
So what is the fuss about that bridge?

A timely wakeup call. PR individuals, parties and states are being assaulted from every direction... and they waste time with political games. Refocus, get your acts together, start looking like the coalition that will deservedly grab the rein of Federal power. Malaysians forget too easily and see tomorrow more clearly than next year.

They need to promise something big. Jambans are not big enough.

Singam,
After 8/3 PR should have known that BN would come down hard on them with everything they can muster so PR must be strong and united, not squabble in public.

WOW!!!..I think I better be a blog match maker.
"Hello Dolly"...Barbra Streisand acted as a match maker with the late Louis Armstrong singing the title song....remember?
I have been trying to get that DVD for my collection...for years...no luck..except original.at RM175!!
I buy most of my copies at RM5 and sometimes ...originals at RM12.50 each.
The furthest I pay.is RM55 for an original...which I find it difficult to get a copy.
I won't say "pirated" as it was not stolen at all...and some so call originals are big time copiers themselves..just like UMNO is crooks...catching crooks.
