No, I am not particularly fond of rap and hip-hop. I do listen sometimes but the genre is definitely not one of my favourites. I go more for 70s rock and blues music. I also listen to pop, r&b and am now starting to appreciate asli and keroncong music.
Well if rap and hip-hop is not my kinda thing then why do I ask you to watch the video in the sidebar, you might ask. Well I think it is only natural for a father to be proud of his son. Yes one of the boys is my son. He is Muneer. My appraisal of the gig is it is only so, so but as a father I am proud that my son sees the project through coz they ( his friends and him ) went through some real hard times to realise this.
As to whether they are a success or not, its not for me to say. Yes they had their share of airtime on ERA and HOT FM. They managed to get into the charts in both these stations and some minor regional stations. In fact this song is no longer in the charts. Their second single has managed to get in. It was only about 2 days ago that this video clip is completed.
Let me know what you think of it. Please be ruthlessly and brutally frank.

genre: rap adalah counter-culture.Ia boleh dimanfaatkan untuk konteks semasa.Video ini hanya satu peniruan black culture Amerika.Jika dikaji rap di Burma/Mynmar, mereka telah agak jauh.Genre ini digunakan untuk tibai injustice kerajaan mereka..love songs pun banyak juga tapi ada satu group yang sgt2 agresif menghantam pemimpin tapi polis takut nak tangkap sebab anak General member group ini.
