On more serious note, that is the way the case and many more cases will may go in our country. So they will now make hay while the sun shines.
Every crime being brought to the court is the act of the past!
How absurd it would be if judging from the statement above, all cases would be aborted because they all happened in the past!
Then we can happily steal or rob or bribe because by the time you're brought to the court the judge will release you as stated by the CJ himself.
Janganlah cikgu ungkit2 yang lepas. Nanti terbongkar rahsia CJ tu !!! What a joke this CJ fella! Call himself a learned person- a judge for that matter. Mana dia belajar itu law ? Bikin malu saja. Very big itu kemaluan !!! I doubt he knows what is shameful ! Just my 2sen cikgu.
